SK hynix completes negotiation with the United States to ensure that it will supply equipment to Chinese factories without obtaining a license within a year

SK hynix said in a statement on October 12 that the company completed negotiations with the U.S. Department of Commerce to ensure that it will supply the Chinese factories with the required semiconductor production equipment without obtaining individual licenses within the next year. In this way, SK hynix is expected to be able to secure the supply of production equipment for Chinese factories in the next year without obtaining individual licenses from the United States, and thus maintain production and operations in China.
